Delivery of Chips and Numbers

Where: Inside the Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans, then you will have to follow the signs “RETRAIT DES DOSSARDS / DELIVERY OF NUMBERS”

When: ONLY On Saturday, the 30th of June 2012, from 7h00 am to 11h00 am 

Documents you have to supply for each member of a team:

• FFRS Licence or Medical Certificate

Entrants with a valid FFRS license or licensed to foreign Roller Sport federations must provide a photocopy of their 2012 license. The license guarantees the ability to participate in the sport of roller-skating.
Unlicensed skaters must provide a medical insurance certificate that is no more than 12 months old on race day (June 30th, 2012) and that certifies their ability to participate in the sport of roller-skating.

Sporting Licences other than Roller Skating are not accepted

• Photocopy of ID of each member
• A Parental Consent is required for competitors between 16 and 18 years old

Please note that the minors under 16 years old on race day are not allowed to participate

TO KNOW:

- If your team arrives after 11H00 am for the delivery of Numbers, your team will be penalized

- Participants must wear their numbers on their backs. The judges may stop a competitor momentarily and at any time if his/her number is not visible. It is forbidden to copy or fold the numbers. Remember to take safety pins (6 per number) to properly affix the numbers.
