THE PADDOCKS

Opening of the Paddock Zone

Saturday 1:00 p.m.

Functioning

Access to the paddocks is included in the registration for each participant.

The name of your team ENDURANCE, SPORTIF or DÉCOUVERTE will determine your Box number.

The organization distributes the ENDURANCE, SPORTS or DISCOVERY teams into the boxes, classifying the team names in alphabetical order.

If you want to be in the same box as another team, make sure you have chosen 2 similar team names (example: Roulcool 1 and Roulcool 2…).

Please note: you can change your team name up to 10 days before the event by logging into your account BUT avoid changing it after the end of April as it will not be the correct name on your bibs.

Rules to follow

The location provided to the teams is a space to rest before taking over and not a place to sleep.

The space reserved for each team is marked on the ground (approximately 8m²) and all captains present in each stand are jointly responsible for any damage caused inside.

Each team is responsible for keeping this space clean.

Garbage bags are provided to the captains and containers are available behind the paddocks.

Coaches and support staff

Coaches wishing to accompany their teams are invited to book paddock access via the link above. Paddock access is free for children under 12.

Reminder :

The site regulations (ACO - 24 HOURS OF LE MANS Circuit) are very strict.

There are approximately 3000 liters of fuel stored under each box.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in or near the boxes (paddock area).

Any team violating this rule will be immediately disqualified.

It is forbidden to pitch a tent outside the campsite under penalty of exclusion from the team.
